Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Air Conditioning Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing air conditioning systems for both residential and commercial clients. You will work independently or as part of a team to ensure our customers’ HVAC systems are operating efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on air conditioning units and systems.
- Install new air conditioning systems, including ductwork and related components.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure HVAC systems are functioning properly.
- Respond to service calls promptly and professionally, providing solutions and recommendations to customers.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and timely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Technician or similar role.
- Technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
- EPA certification preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
